Demographics We Serve

We have been the premier provider of housing and related services for the “special needs” population since we set up our first group home. In fact, many people in the community refer to us as the pioneers in the industry!

Our operations team has a background in providing housing for the following target demographics:

Youth Aging out of Foster Care
Each year, more than 23,000 children age out of foster care when they turn 18 or, for those who live in states that offer extended time in care, as late as 21. These children were unable to reunite with their biological parents or family and were never adopted by another family.
Children aging out of the foster care system enter adulthood with few of the safety nets typical teenagers may take for granted. We are a housing organization catering to the special needs of young people aging out of the foster care system. Our program is designed to help young people prepare to become self-sufficient in a safe and nurturing environment. It is important to build a network of services and support so that they will have mentors, employment, education, skills, and training to help assist them as they enter into adulthood. It is our desire to see them excel and improve their way of life by demonstrating self-control and have an idea of their future goals. We are committed to providing a caring and compassionate environment for all of our young clients.

Young Parents And Children Housing

We have other residential care homes that are particularly designed and set up for young parents with their children. Parenting youth experiencing homelessness are finding that there are few options for safe shelter and services for them. Whether it be father and child or mother and child, we help by providing a shared living style home to those in need of a safe shelter. We help young parents by incorporating independence and stability while teaching them life skills and helping them secure their employment goals. Each house tailors their services to the young parents and children in their care.

Disabled Veteran and Returning Veteran Housing

We have homes that are specifically set up for Veterans. Our veteran and VA housing provides residential care homes and group homes for both disabled and non disabled Veterans. We work directly with the VA and all affiliations of the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines to ensure that our servicemen are provided with quality and safe housing upon return home. We provide group home and transitional living residential care homes for Veterans of the armed forces throughout the local area.

College Student Housing and Affordable Student Housing

We also provide off campus housing for college students on a budget! Many college students are living on a budget these days and in need of low-income and low-cost housing in a group home living environment. That is where we can assist. We have many properties that are specifically designed and managed for college students that are on fixed incomes.
